 A red carpet event  on Thursday, January 19 at the Icon Theater. A tribute to Chicago's very own beloved Bernie Mac. It's a documentary filmed about Bernie Mac's life and  rise to fame.

  Directed by Robert Small,  with Q's & A's by Bernie Mac's daughter  Je'niece McCullough. The documentary is called "I Ain't Scared of You." You will hear Bernie Mac talk in this film as well as interviews with his co-stars, including: Anthony Anderson, Tom Arnold, Angela Bassett, Bill Bellamy, Cedric the Entertainer, Don Cheadle, Cameron Diaz, Mike Epps, Andy Garcia, D.L.   Bernie Mac (1957 - 2008) was taken from us at a young age 50, he made us laugh, we miss you, and you will never be forgotten.

A book she wrote regarding weight lose and is called  "I Got This: How I Changed My Ways and Lost What Weighed Me Down". The actor Sam Worthington who is best known movies like "Avatar " and Clash of The Titans" will also be in Chicago Wednesday January 18 to meet with the media to talk about his new movie called " Man On A Ledge" .  He is not going to do any public appearance. The movie will be in theaters January 27.

This company Snoop Dogg happened to stubble upon was in Dominican Republican called Executive Branch.

Executive Branch, which he will release at the Coachella Festival when he headlines with Dr. Dre.  The cigars will be sold two for $.99.

Lil Wayne real name Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. coming out with a book, a diary of Lil Wayne's memoir called 'Gone Til November' while serving 8 months at  Rikers in New York  on weapons charges.
I don't if a lot of people know that Lil Wayne was an honer student in grammar school but decided to drop out to follow his dream as a rapper. He did go back and got his GED and also attended at the University of Houston, where he major in political science, he also took psychology and English class.

Another rapper that served time and wrote a book called 'Power & Beauty' was T.I. Unlike Lil Wayne's book this a fictional and is based on life unexpected circumstances that brings a teenager into adulthood.

Snoop Dogg Charged With Drug Possession!

                                
  Really! Charged with drug possession! Its not like any body is in shock that Snoop smokes marijuana but yes in Texas which has zero tolerance for drugs. Charged Snoop Dogg for having drugs in his tour bus. He was arrested at Sierra Blanca highway checkpoint. Apparently at the check point the sheriff smelled  marijuana so they asked everyone to get off the bus so the dog can do the inspection. Well the dog found a prescription bottle inside it was marijuana cigarettes in the trashcan and two more marijuana was found in a container all together was 0.13 pound of marijuana. According to Snoop he does have licence to use medical marijuana in his state of California because he suffers migraines and blurr vision.

      The 38th annual People Choice Award will be January 11 on CBS. Katy Perry who has been nominated for 7 awards will not be attending. Katy went on twitter and told fans she will not be attending tomorrow at the awards she also went on saying thank you for  voting for her.
People Choice Awards uninvited her husband Russell Brand I guess so she won't feel uncomfortable. So I was wondering will they now re invite Russell Brand since Katy Perry not going.

According to US Weekly Beyonce released a statement welcoming her daughter Blue Ivy Carter. The c-section was a rumor. On Saturday January 7th 2012 gave birth 7 pound healthy baby girl. It was natural delivery. She also stated "Her birth was emotional, extremely peaceful, and we are in heaven". She also thank everyone for their prayers, well wishes, love and support. Congratulations Jay Z and Beyonce!

The 30yr old R & B singer, Beyonce delivers  a beautiful baby girl by a scheduled c-section and 42yr old proud dad, Jay Z  was there to welcome Blue Ivy Carter. The couple came up with Blue because Jay Z released 3albums named Blueprint and Iv is number 4 it represents their birthdays which is  Sept.4th Beyonce, Jay Z Dec 4th. They also have tattoos of  IV on  their wedding ring finger..Aww how cute!                                                                               Beyonce had book the whole entire floor at  Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City.Spending 1.3 million dollars. Very tight security and they even cover the windows so the cameramen or paparazzi wouldn't able to take pictures of her and her baby. Which I can understand the couple wanted the privacy.
