Someone from the Copacabana Bar in Philadelphia called 911 complaining that a 6"4" 275 pound man walked out without paying his tab. The police arrived to the scene and arrested NFL Raheem Brock for suspicion of theft of service and resisting arrest, but both weremidemeanors. Now this man just signed up a 5 year $23.6 million contract with Seattle Seahawks and doesn't pay a $27 bar tab :0.
