Lady Gaga has been making frequent visits to the Windy City of Chicago and last week she was spotted at a restaurant with a gentleman by the name of Taylor Kinney which happens to be her boyfriend, how cute! Lady Gaga has kept her relationship under the wraps. The couple was out celebrating their first anniversary here in Chicago at the Spiaggia restaurant on Sunday, August 5.
