Department of Child Protective Service dropped the charge and closed the case against Mariah Carey. Los Angles received an anonymous tip that Mariah Carey was drinking and doing drugs in in the hospital on April 30, 2011when she gave birth to son Moroccan Scott and daughter Monroe.
Mariah did admitted to the investigators she did drank Guinnes but only on the advice of a medical staff who informed her a dark beer would help with lactation. Mariah's lawyer "Laura Wass" was present during the questioning.
